Account Deletion Policy

At Gold Clues, we respect your right to control your personal data. You can request the permanent deletion of your account directly from within your account settings.

How to Request Deletion

  1. Log into your account.
  2. Navigate to the “Account Settings” page.
  3. Find and open the “Delete Account” section.
  4. Follow the on-screen instructions and confirm the action by entering your security PIN.

Our Deletion Process

  • Deletion Request and Security Period: Upon confirming your request, the permanent deletion process is initiated immediately. For your security and to prevent accidental or malicious actions, we have a 7-day safety window before the final, irreversible deletion occurs.
  • Canceling a Deletion Request: As a security measure, you can cancel this process at any time within the 7 days by simply logging back into your account. Doing so will automatically stop the deletion process and reactivate your account.
  • Permanent Deletion: If you do not log in within the 7-day safety window, your account and all associated data will be permanently and irreversibly deleted from our systems at the end of this period.

Once your account is permanently deleted, all your data, including profile information, game history, balance, and transaction records, will be erased and cannot be restored.
