This User Agreement ("Agreement") is a legally binding contract between you ("User," "you") and "Gold Clues" ("we," "us," "our") governing your use of our website, mobile applications, and services (collectively, the "Services").

1. Description of Services

"Gold Clues" is a skill-based gaming platform where users can play riddles and crossword games. By registering an account, users can access free games or upgrade to a Premium Membership to participate in competitive tournaments. In these tournaments, subscribers compete based on speed and accuracy. The user with the highest score in the shortest time at the end of a designated period wins a real cash prize.

2. Membership and Registration

• To use our Services, you must register and create a personal account.
• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate.
• You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account and for maintaining the confidentiality of your password. You must also create a 4-digit security PIN for financial transactions, such as withdrawals. Do not share your password or PIN with anyone.
• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use the Services.

3. Premium Subscription and Payments

• Full access to all puzzles, features, and the eligibility to win cash prizes in tournaments requires an active monthly Premium Membership.
• All subscription payments and wallet deposits are processed exclusively via cryptocurrency (e.g., USDT/Tether) through our designated payment gateway.
• Your subscription will automatically renew each month using the balance in your site wallet unless canceled. You may also prepay for future months.
• You can cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, your premium access will remain active until the end of the current billing period. All payments are non-refundable.

4. Tournaments and Cash Prizes

• Only users with an active Premium Membership are eligible to participate in tournaments and win cash prizes.
• Tournament schedules, prize amounts, and specific rules will be clearly announced on our platform.
• To be eligible for a prize, your account must be active and in full compliance with this Agreement. Any form of cheating will result in disqualification.
• Prizes will be paid out to the cryptocurrency wallet address specified in your user profile. You are responsible for ensuring this address is correct.
• The user is solely responsible for any taxes or fees associated with receiving the prize.
• To ensure fair competition, a user can only win one major prize per month in designated tournaments.

5. User Conduct

• You agree to use our Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with this Agreement.
• Posting any content that is illegal, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or obscene is strictly prohibited.
• Any attempt to disrupt or compromise our system's integrity or security (e.g., using bots, viruses, spamming, cheating) is strictly forbidden and will result in immediate account termination and potential legal action.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on our Services, including the games, design, text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of "Gold Clues" and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without our express written permission.

7. Account Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Services without prior notice for any violation of this Agreement. In the event of termination, you will not be eligible for a refund of any subscription fees.

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of, or inability to use, the Services.

9. Changes to the Agreement

We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Agreement on our platform. Your continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Agreement.
